Junichi Miki is a longtime Roland engineer who became president and CEO of Roland Corporation and led its 2014 management buyout.

Miki joined Roland in 1977 and contributed to products spanning digital pianos (HP-2700, FP-8), JV and XP synthesizer series, SRX expansion boards, the C-30 Digital Harpsichord, and the VR-09 V-Combo performance keyboard. He rose from the production line to the board of directors, shaping Roland's keyboard strategy across decades.

As president from 2013, Miki guided Roland through independence after the buyout and continued investment in internal R&D, passing expertise from veteran designers to new engineering generations.
